When you rent or buy a building, you know exactly how many square metres it has and what its energy label is. But how good is the internet? You only find out once you have moved in.

We want to change that. As a certified IT-Label partner, we carry out pre-inspections and official audits. And when buildings are bought or sold, we investigate how they perform digitally.

We assess using the fixed IT-Label methodology. We tell you what is in place, and what it costs to improve it. Even if that is not the answer you were hoping for.

Where our name comes from

IT Label Expert says what we do. "Connecting buildings and people" says why. Good digital infrastructure connects a building with the people who work in it. When that falters, everyone notices.
