That depends on your current contracts. Sometimes you pay for capacity you do not use, or for services you no longer need. Sometimes an upgrade is actually needed. You always get honest advice, even if your current situation is fine.
Do I have to switch provider?
No. Sometimes renegotiating with your current provider is enough, or adding a backup connection. We advise, you decide.
