Privacy statement

Who are we?

This website belongs to IT Label Expert. We are responsible for what happens to your personal data through this website.

What data do we store?

If you fill in a form, or take the self-scan and leave your details, we store:

• your name, email address and, if provided, your phone number and organisation;
• your role (for example owner or tenant) and the location or address of the building, if you provide it;
• your message and, for the self-scan, your answers and the outcome.

To prevent misuse of forms, we store a scrambled code (hash) of your IP address. Your IP address cannot be derived from it.

What do we use it for?

We only use your data to contact you about your question or request, and to send you a proposal. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long do we keep it?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. If your request does not lead to a contract, we delete your data no later than two years after the last contact. If you become a client, the statutory retention periods apply.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run the website, such as our hosting provider. We have agreements in place with them on how your data is secured. Your data is stored on servers in the European Union.

Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies and storage in your browser, and no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not via external services. Exactly what we store is described on the Cookies page.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also object to its use. To do so, contact us via the contact form. Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
