Why a pre-inspection first?
An audit records how your building performs today. That is fine if you are happy with it. But a few improvements might get you a level higher. You want to know that before the label is on paper.
During a pre-inspection we walk through the building. We look at the connection, the cabling, the WiFi, the technical room and the building systems. Then we tell you which label the building is likely to achieve now, what the biggest improvements are and roughly what they cost.

Do I need a pre-inspection first?
No, you can also request an audit straight away. A pre-inspection is useful if you do not know which label your building is likely to achieve, or if you want to improve things first.
Do I get a certificate after a pre-inspection?
No. You receive a well-founded indication. You only receive the official IT-Label and certificate after an audit.
What should I prepare?
Drawings of the building and details of the internet connection help. Don't have them? No problem, we will find out on site.
What does it cost?
That depends on the size and type of building. You receive a fixed price in advance. Request a proposal.
