Which terms apply to using this website, and what the IT-Label is and is not.
About the IT-Label
The IT-Label does not replace ISO, NEN or other technical standards. It translates the IT infrastructure that is in place into an understandable IT delivery level for commercial real estate, so that all parties in the real estate chain can compare buildings more easily on their digital readiness.
The IT-Label also does not replace an energy label or sustainability certificate, such as BREEAM, GPR or WELL. It complements them with insight into the digital infrastructure of a building.
About the IT-Label organisation
The IT-Label is managed by IT Label B.V., an independent knowledge institute working on a uniform method for assessing the IT infrastructure of commercial real estate. This method is continuously being developed, based on practical experience, new technology and feedback from the market.
IT Label Expert is a certified IT-Label partner. We carry out audits according to the IT-Label method that applies at that moment. The official terms of the IT-Label can be found at it-label.com.
Disclaimer
Labels, scores and reports are intended to give owners, users and advisers more clarity and insight into the quality of the digital infrastructure of a building.
- The results of the free self-scan and the speed test are an indication. They are not an official label.
- An audit is a snapshot. It shows the state of the building at the time of the audit, and is not a guarantee of future performance or suitability.
- No rights or claims can be derived from the content of this website, or from scans, labels and reports.
Responsibilities of tenant and landlord
Who is responsible for which part of the IT differs per building and per lease. The IT-Label shows which digital delivery level is in place or has been agreed. It does not determine who is responsible for the individual facilities. Those agreements are recorded in a separate IT Demarcation List.
