The same yardstick for every building

The IT-Label uses the same scale for every type of property, from IT1+ to IT5, and the same six components: Connectivity, Infrastructure, Performance, Scalability, Integration and Smart Building.

What differs is what weighs most heavily in practice. We take that into account during a pre-inspection and in our advice. So you get improvements that fit the way your building is used.
