The roof has been inspected, the building services have been checked. But how does the building perform digitally? We find out before you sign.
Why it matters
Tenants want a fast, stable connection, WiFi that works everywhere and smart building systems. If a building falls short, you pay for it later, through extra investment, lower rent or longer vacancy.
In most acquisitions this aspect gets little attention. With digital due diligence you include it in your decision, and in your offer.
What we investigate

What is digital due diligence?
An investigation into the digital infrastructure of a building or portfolio before you make a decision. You then know what you are buying, what the risks are and which investments lie ahead.
Is this not already part of the technical due diligence?
Usually only to a very limited extent. A technical due diligence focuses on structure, building services and maintenance. Fibre, cabling, WiFi and building systems often barely feature.
Does this fit into the timeline of my transaction?
We agree that in advance. In the intake meeting we discuss what is feasible within your timeframe.
Can this lead to an IT-Label?
Yes. If you wish, we set up the investigation so that an official audit can easily follow on from it.
